RETURN POLICY

RETURNS OF THE FRAME AND PLATFORM (INSTALLED BY US) 

Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

You may return boxing bags and frames purchased from Luv Boxing Club and installed by us for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

 We do not accept returns purchased from any third party vendors.

RETURNS:

  • Enter your email address, your reference number & contact number
  • Let us know your return reason
  • Our team will review your request
  • Once accepted, one of the team will email you a link for the cost of the return 
  • Once payment is received, we will arrange collection date via email
• Customers are responsible for return fees.
• Due to the size and weight of the items, return shipping may cost up to £200.

• Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item has been accepted by our returns team within the 30 days of the order being delivered
• Luv Boxing Club reserves the right to decline a return that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
• The customer will be responsible for cost of return.
• Returns will be processed within 5 business days of collection. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through luvboxingclub.com cannot be returned. Please contact the third party you purchased through.
