New Year New You 8 week challenge is perfectly balanced to improve overall fitness and find out what you’re capable of, this can be done in the Gym or at Home

Challenge Starts 4th January 2021 and goes on sale on 1st January 2021

Take progress pictures before, after and during this will really help keep you focused and see what you can really achieve in the 8 weeks. Use your account section to upload and track your feelings.

We recommend your steps to stay above 10k per day this will help with your weight loss and your overall wellness. 

Connect With the Community, being part of our facebook community will help you stay motivated with healthy meal ideas, and other members struggles and wins, we are in this together. 

Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day, this is extremely important when working out dehydration can have a negative impact on your physical performance during exercise.

We recommend 2 litres a day if you can drink more do it! 

Start your day with a positive mindset, this will set you up for a successful start. Listen to meditation, up lifting podcasts, Nicks morning motivational talks or just reflect on all the good things you have going on in your life.
