With a sense of adventure and a no limits attitude, Carrie has travelled the world, soaking up different cultures and meeting amazing people along the way. After 10 years of living in Saudi Arabia, Carrie returned in search of a place to continue to meet people who inspire her need for self improvement, self care, and excitement for training.

Our resident vegan, Carrie, can usually be found lifting weights, using strength training to improve her physique and maintain her fitness goals. Yet spin has become a much needed part of her cardio training routine, and something she will admit she’s a little in LUV with!

With Carrie’s obsession for all things fitness, she hopes to pass on that determination, excitement, and passion to others through her spin classes. Some banging tunes should help too!
