With 20 years experience in combat sports, Ryan will show you the ropes (pardon the pun), put you through your paces and leave you feeling charged, drenched and ready to attack the days ahead.
His classes are a mixture of technique, cardio and boxing specific functional training that will give you the ache we all crave when leaving a monster session.
He likes to keep the focus on the self during the sessions and invites you to block out the world for an hour, plug in, tune up dedicate the time to yourself.
Passionate about self care and the benefits that training has on our mental health, you can expect some words of wisdom, reflection and down time at the end to bring you back into the real world.
He loves that combat sports bring us to the present moment, rid ourselves of anxiety, stress and the grind of daily life by taking our minds elsewhere. The classes will NEVER be easy but will ALWAYS fun and full of that LUV vibe.
When hes not punching and kicking things in the gym, he loves to get outdoors with Reggie, cook up some fabulous food in the kitchen, enjoy a tipple of red wine (and Guinness) and generally try to recover from the training that’s happened that day.
I’m a firm believer that its easier to teach new skills than un-teach old toxic behaviours so, get down, get after it and lets get some training done together. Just remember; This class doesn’t work, unless you do and ill make sure of that.
