It’s not just Sally’s gym outfits that are bold, bright, and colourful, she has the personality to match. With infectious energy, and a zest for life like no other, she brings with her a passion for exercise that you can’t help but get on board with. Our very own ball of fun joins the team as a spin instructor, channelling her positive attitude and go-getter mindset into her classes. No doubt, her sessions will be tough, really tough, they will leave you sweaty and out of breath, but you will absolutley have loads of fun along the way. Off the bike, her son inspires her to bring her best every day.

Whether it’s lifting weights, punching the bag, long walks… Sally gives her all to every exercise. But her one true passion is being on the bike. Sometimes with her son in tow, sometimes on her own, getting lost in the music and the power of the moment. And that’s what she wants for you, to get lost in the beat of her tracks, lose yourself, and do nothing but push yourself to your limits in those 45 minutes.
