Empowering women & sculpting confidence is Zoe’s mission – alongside educating others how to live a happier, healthier life, enabling them to LUV their bodies.
Zoe’s training routine mainly involves strength training, with powerlifting aspects, to see continued muscle growth, build strength & aid in her physique. Cardio isn’t really a focus of hers, however at the weekend she LUVs to play roller hockey with her daughter and other family members. She has also recently joined an adult gymnastics class, & is enjoying taking on a new challenge!
As someone who understands what it takes to work hard, she hopes to inspire others through her LUVStrong classes so they can see great gains for themselves as well.
